GENERAL INSTRUCTION:
CHECK IN
- Guest Approaches to the receiption counter, with a Reference Number/Information.
- Reception Counter checks his Photo Identity Card.Photocopies it for preservation. Manual entry may be done for Signature etc.
- Check-In is performed by clicking CheckIn Button (Green)
CHECK OUT:
- It is activated by clicking the CheckOut Button (Yellow). Calculated Amount is accepted through POS terminal. Accepted amount and POS details is entered.
